WHAT IF I’M A FAKE?
Le 17/06/2021
If you are writing in a way that is inauthentic to who you are, then yes, you’re a fake.
If you’re writing from your heart, and writing truth as you know it, then you’re not a fake.
And yes, it really is that simple.
If you need to write an essay or article, you can use services like buyessayfriend, experienced writers will do everything in time and will answer all your questions.
WHAT IF I’M A SELL OUT?
This is a very personal question and only you can answer it. What some people categorize as a sell out will be truth to others and the only one who can define that for you is you.
If a contract makes you uncomfortable, question why. Answer honestly.
If a story your writing doesn’t feel right, past the usual feelings of procrastination and frustration, drop the story.
If an agent doesn’t resonate with you or your vision for your work, find a new one.
If you want to only self-publish and don’t want to attempt traditional publishing, that’s golden.
If indie publishing intimidates you, stick to traditional publishing.
You’re only a sell out if you go against your own values and ignore what you know to be true about your writing.
IN CONCLUSION:
You are worthy to be a writer, simply because you write.
You are worthy to write without pay, if that is what you want.
You are worthy to be paid for your work, if that is what you want.
You can set boundaries and stand by them, and you won’t be a sell out.
Repeat these like affirmations. Write them down and post them on your computer or the front of your notebook. Remind yourself daily that because you write, you are a writer. That’s your North Star.
Cheers!
I also often write articles for sites like papersmart, if you like what I do you can order work from me.
